After earning her Ph.D. in counseling psychology (with a minor in career counseling) from Loyola University Chicago, Jessica worked in a variety of settings including university counseling centers, hospitals, and community mental health centers. In 2000, she established her private practice in Palos Heights where she provides individual psychotherapy and career counseling.
